Speech Punctuation
Next week, we will be writing a conversation between you and one of the aliens! BUT before that, we need to make sure that we know how to use speech punctuation accurately. There's a lot to think about, so take your time and check your work carefully. Read the slide below for a reminder of the key speech rules.
Your Tasks
First, have a go at the sheets below. Remember to use ALL of the rules for speech punctuation. There is a help sheet to remind you of these.
Second, login to Spelling Shed. I have set you a quiz to complete which tests your knowledge of these spelling rules. When you complete it, I will be able to see your score and give you tips on anything you found tricky.
