This picture really seemed to capture your imaginations last week and some of the children in school suggested that we should write a short story about this setting and imagine what could happen next. So that's exactly what we are going to do!
Today we will plan our ideas for the short story, using the planning sheet below. You have already written the beginning of the story by setting the scene, so YOU now need to think of a PROBLEM that occurs and a SOLUTION to that problem.
Join me on zoom today with a piece of paper and a pencil and we will plan our stories together. I'm sure you will all have much more exciting ideas than me so we can share our thoughts and inspire each other! See you there!
