Writing your Setting Description
Your Task:
Use your notes from yesterday to help you create a description of the destruction caused by the aliens.
Just like on Tuesday, I would like you to include the following things in your writing:
- Expanded noun phrases (adjective, adjective noun)
- Figurative language (similes, metaphors, onomatopoeia AND personification)
- Interesting Sentence starters (ISPACE)
When you've finished your work, remember to read it back to check and edit it.
Challenge:
Using colons to elaborate. This is a greater depth objective. Use the help sheet below if this is something you would like to try.
