This week we will be finishing off our speeches, as we were interrupted by my day off last week. You can join us to perform your own or just listen to others via Zoom at 2:30pm on Monday.
On Tuesday morning at 9:15am, you are invited to join us for our English lesson, where we will be looking at the poem If by Rudyard Kipling. We will be working together to work out what it means - Zoomers can be a group!
This week we will also be starting on self-portraits. Over the year (and other years) you will have begun to develop your own identity as an artist - the styles you like, the materials you prefer to work with etc. For your final piece of artwork at Trowell, I would like you to produce a self-portrait using any style and materials you like. I will put a photograph of these (or the original, if you prefer) in the Time Capsule!
In DARE we will be doing lesson 8, in readiness for finishing DARE next week.
Finally, next week we will be recording our play, which you will have been emailed. I will be in touch to ask you to record some lines for it.
