Today we're going to continue looking at numbers to 5
Can you remember a couple of weeks ago we looked at a number 5 frame and pretended the counters were people coming on the bus?
Perhaps you could make your own simple 5 frame and use your toys; Barbies, ponies, pirate or super hero's as people coming on your bus. Say what you can see, for example I can see 2 Barbies and 3 empty seats.
This is to help with number bonds to 5.
0+5= 5, 1+4=5, 2+3=5, 3+2=5, 4+1=5, 5+0=5
Number bonds to 5 can also be represented using any objects separated into 2 piles.
