How do you feel?


This week, I'd like you to take a bit of time to think about how you feel about your own mental health and wellbeing.


Some of you may have all sorts of feelings about what has happened in the world in the last few weeks.  It is a good time to think about the things that can help us have good mental health and wellbeing.


Read through the documents below. There are a few tasks to complete, but no right or wrong answers. This is just a chance to think about how you feel and what works for you.


All of KS2 will be doing the same lesson, so if you have siblings this is something you might be able to do together.
