This week I want you to think about who is very special and important to you. You might like to draw a heart in the middle of your page and inside the heart write the name/s of all the special and important people in your life. Extra* if you want you can write a sentence or draw a picture explaining why they are important.
e.g. My family are very important to me because I feel safe when I am around them and they always look after me.
