Hopefully you are doing lots of reading at home and talking about what you are reading with an adult. Each week there will be a reading comprehension for you to have a go at. A reading comprehension is questions about a text that you have just read. It helps to see if you understand what you are reading.
Usually, there will be a choice of 3 comprehensions, all on the same subject. One that is fairly easy, one a little more tricky and one that requires you to think quite hard about what you have read and form your own ideas. Choose which one you are comfortable reading and answer the questions that go with it.
This week's reading comprehension is a story called The Lion and the Mouse.
