There are two parts to this week's session. The second part is a practical investigation. If you do not have the things needed to carry this out then please feel free to do science another day, or just watch the video to see what happens. I have also added an additional investigation at the bottom of the page which only requires cornflour for some hands on fun!

You will need the following items for the practical investigation in this lesson :

some brown sugar, some white granulated sugar, some salt, full fat milk, a bowl, a small resealable bag and a large resealable bag.
