We are aware that this is a difficult time for all and still want to be able to support our children and parents as much as we can. We have compiled a list of websites for children and parents to help support mental health and wellbeing.
The first section is for parents to access in order to support their child/children. It contains links to useful websites that can help to explain the COVID-19 virus to children in a child friendly way.
The second section is for parents to access to support their own mental health and well being and provides links to websites that contain strategies and tips for staying mentally healthy.
