This is it guys...Our FINAL week of Year 5! What a strange year it's been; definitely not one that we will forget in a hurry! I've had such an amazing time teaching you all this year, both in school and from home. It's been great seeing all of the amazing work you've produced and the progress you have made.
As we're winding down to the holiday and bringing the year to a close, this week's home learning looks a little different. I have set you one project to work on each day. These projects will all be linked to transitions and will help you to reflect on your time in Year 5 whilst also looking forward to the year ahead in Year 6!
