Places can be booked by completing a digital form (Microsoft Forms).  Places are allocated first come, first served.  We will not accept half-term bookings via email or telephone.

**All children will need to rebook places each half term – we will not accept annual bookings**

Should you need to use either Breakfast Club or After School club as a one-off or in sudden or emergency circumstances, please get in touch with the school office via telephone, and we will advise you of availability. We will require confirmation via email and this will form a formal booking.

Once places have been allocated, these form a formal booking and you will be charged even if your child does not attend. Please note we cannot swap sessions once these have been booked on the advanced booking forms or the adhoc bookings. 

All children in school are eligible to book places.

Places may be rescinded, with full refunds, under the following circumstances:

• Children exhibit poor behaviour.
• Children are regularly collected late from After School club.

• Have breakfast or a snack and drink.
• Play with other children in the School Hall (we will be asking for donations of games, jigsaws etc at a later date).
• Play or take exercise outside, weather permitting.
